What we collect
What you give us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and any note you attach to an order. If you open an account, your saved addresses and preferences.
What an order creates: what you bought, what you paid, how you paid, the delivery status, and any return or refund.
What is collected automatically: which pages you looked at and how fast the site ran on your device. This is stored against a random session id that dies when you close the tab, and is not joined to your name or number.
What we never collect
We never store your card details, or your bKash or Nagad PIN or password. Online payments are handled by the payment gateway; all we learn is whether the payment succeeded and its reference.
Why we collect it
- To pack and deliver your order
- To process returns, replacements and refunds
- To tell you what is happening with an order, by SMS or app notification
- To prevent fraud and fake orders
- To meet accounting and tax obligations
Who we share it with
Only the people without whom the parcel does not arrive:
- Courier services — your name, address and phone number
- Payment gateway — the amount and a reference
- SMS provider — your number and the message
We do not sell your data to anyone, advertisers included.
How long we keep it
Order records are financial documents and have to be kept. If you delete your account we anonymise your name, phone and address, but the amounts and dates remain in the books.
Browsing data is deleted within 90 days.

- See and correct your details in your account
- Delete your account at any time — Account → Close my account
- Stop marketing messages at any time (see the communications policy)
Security
Everything travels over an encrypted connection, and staff see only what their role needs. Every staff action is recorded separately.
