Returns and replacements

How long you have

Anything can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The clock starts the day the parcel reaches you, not the day you ordered.

What cannot be returned

Items personalised with a name or initials cannot be returned, because they cannot be sold to anyone else. A defective or incorrect item is always returnable, personalised or not.

How to return something

Contact us with your order number. We will send a courier or give you a return address. We inspect the item once it reaches us.

Getting your money back

Refunds are made within 5 working days of inspection, through the same channel you paid with. For a cash-on-delivery order we send it to your bKash or Nagad number, which may differ from the number on the order.

We absorb the transaction cost. Nothing is deducted from your refund.

Delivery charges

We refund the delivery charge when the fault is ours — a defective item, the wrong item, or a failed delivery. We do not refund it when you simply change your mind.
