Terms and conditions
Using this site or app, or placing an order, means you accept these terms.
Orders
Your order is an offer. The contract exists only once we confirm it. We may decline an order if the item has sold out, if a price was obviously wrong, or if the address is outside the areas we deliver to — and we refund in full when we do.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
Cash on delivery carries a surcharge, shown at checkout before you commit. Paying in advance does not.
Delivery
The time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Courier delays, strikes and weather happen. See the delivery policy.
Returns
Seven days from delivery. Conditions and exceptions are in the returns policy, and how the money comes back is in the refund policy.
Repeated refusals
If cash-on-delivery parcels are repeatedly refused, we may require advance payment on future orders. Every refused parcel costs us real money.
Your account
Keeping your account and phone number secure is your responsibility. We may close an account opened with false details or used for fraud.

The photographs, words and design on this site belong to JUMYN and may not be used commercially without permission.
Limit of liability
Where something is wrong with an item, our liability is limited to the price of that item. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall to the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered.
