When we refund
When an order is cancelled, when we cannot supply the goods, when the wrong or a defective item arrives, or when you return something within 7 days.
How quickly
Within 3 days if you cancel after paying digitally. Within 7 days, through the same channel, if a prepaid order fails to be delivered. If we cannot supply goods already paid for we tell you within 48 hours and refund within a further 72 hours. Within 5 working days of receiving a returned item.
Through which channel
Money goes back the way it came. For cash on delivery we send it by bKash or Nagad, and we absorb every transaction cost.
