JUMYN sells leather goods meant to outlast the season you bought them in — bags, wallets, belts and jackets built so that use improves them rather than wears them out.
Leather chosen, not settled for
We do not source from one place. We buy from whichever tannery does a given hide best, at home or abroad. Full-grain leather — the strongest layer, and the one that takes a patina instead of cracking.
We do not reach a lower price by lowering the hide. What sells cheaply is usually split or bonded leather: it looks the same for a season and does not look the same in two years.
The people who make it
Cutting, stitching and finishing are done by workshops that have been doing this for years. Every piece is checked by hand before it is packed.
